Polévka z hlívy ústřičné (falešná dršťková polévka) - pro 4 jedlíky
Hlíva 0,3 kg (tolik dostáváte do bedýnky), kořenová zelenina (mrkev, petržel, kousek celeru), menší cibulka, česnek - min. 4 stroužky, majoránka, sůl, pepř, drcený kmín, dále hladkou mouku a 15 dkg máslo na jíšku (na zahuštění), trochu mleté červené papriky na obarvení jíšky a tudíž i polévky, kudrnka
Postup: hlívu nakrájíme na proužky široké cca 0,5 cm, kořenovou omyjeme, oškrabeme a nakrájíme na drobné kousky, poř. nastrouháme na hrubém struhadle, cibulku oloupeme a nakrájíme nadrobno, všechno dáme do hrnce, zalejeme vodou podle požadované hustoty polévky, min. však 1,5 l, uvedeme do varu a přidáme sůl, pepř, majoránku, rozetřený česnek a lžičku drceného kmínu. Povaříme cca 20 min., ale v mezičase připravíme jíšku - na pánvičce rozpustíme máslo a za stálého míchání přisypáváme hladkou mouku do zhoustnutí a zrůžovění, po té odstavíme z plamene a vmícháme mletou červenou papriku. Do stále vroucí polévky dáme hotovou jíšku a dobře rozkvrdláme (pozor: vždy horké do horkého !!!). Ještě asi 20 min. povaříme, na závěr ochutnáme a dochutíme, poté nalijeme do talířů, ozdobíme kudrnkou, rozdáme lžíce a popřejeme hladovým strávníkům dobrou chuť (doporučuji odstranit z dosahu všechny nože, neboť tu dobrotu vyžadují většinou strávníci znovu i pod pohrůžkou násilí).
